Its design features a clean, structured layout with an emphasis on accessibility and clarity. The cover includes a gradient background with intersecting curves, aligning visually with the rest of the Learning Technologies series.
The use of soft colour tones and rounded graphic elements creates a modern, digital-forward aesthetic, while the inclusion of the official DECS branding and logo ensures formal authority. Internally, it uses consistent typography, infographics, and modular headings to communicate eLearning priorities, ICT integration and planning frameworks effectively to educators and decision-makers.
